has an extensive experience in handling and managing the legal and secretarial departments of the organizations with the ability to ensure that, the organization complies with the all the applicable law, legislature rules and regulations.
He also has hands on experience in handling investor and stakeholders relationship, corporate planning and strategy . He has worked in critical positions in variety of industries ranging from retail, consultancy and healthcare.
At IOSPL, Mr. Singh plays significant role in managing and leading the legal and secretarial department of the company, compliances with the applicable corporate laws, handling the legal due diligences exercise and internal audit . He provides expert advisory to the various department of the Company, from legal stand-point.
Mr. Singh is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate.
