When I came to know that I have been diagnosed with cancer, I accepted and understood what I was in for instead of believing the stereotypes associated with the name of the disease. I immediately started my research and sought to find the best treatment possible like everyone would. Thankfully, I came across one of the best oncology surgeons, Dr.Jalaj Bakshi in Fortis Hospital, Noida. Even his team is worth mentioning especially, Dr.Shubhi Yadav, who was also big support throughout this journey. Like any other human being, I wanted to save my life at any cost so I and my family decided to go for the surgery as soon as possible. My doctors and their expertise, my family's support, and my grit saved me along with the blessings of the almighty. l am thankful to the whole hospital staff as well. One thing I have learned from my journey that I'd like to convey to other patients too is that we should fight like warriors because this is a battle and We're stronger than our enemy cancer if only we believe in ourselves. So just start your treatment as early as possible, listen to your doctors and remember that when you save your own life, you also save your family. They need you, the world needs you, and You make the world a better place.
